We have designed our simulation platform with your privacy as the utmost priority. Our goal is to ensure that your personal and sensitive information remains confidential and under your protection at all times.

3. Simulation Data Handling

3.1 Data Transmission & Storage

1. Your simulation responses are temporarily stored on Typeform's servers during the submission process.
2. We use cookies and local storage on your device to maintain your session and save your progress.
3. This local data is deleted from your device once you complete your session or after 7 days of inactivity.
4. Although Typeform holds your data temporarily, we have strict measures to ensure immediate deletion after your session is completed.
5. We will only store all data if you request us to do so, as some users may want AI to analyze their responses.

3.2 Proactive Data Management

1. We automatically delete all inactive sessions every 7 days to clear any lingering cookies or local storage data in case you forget to complete your session.
2. This proactive measure helps maintain a clean and private environment.

4. Technical Measures

4.1 Instant Deletion Protocol

1. We use a custom webhook that triggers an immediate deletion request for your session data as soon as you complete your simulation.
2. This ensures your responses are removed from Typeform's servers at the earliest possible moment.

4.2 Zero Retention Policy

1. We have a strict zero retention policy for simulation data, preventing any long-term storage or analysis of your responses unless specifically requested by you.

5. User Control and Responsibility

1. You have the opportunity to view and save your results at the end of your session. We strongly recommend saving any results you wish to keep before closing the session.
2. Once you click "Complete Session" or close the browser, all data is irretrievably deleted from Typeform's servers and your local device. We cannot recover or access your session data after this point.

6. Indemnity Clause

By using our simulation service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simulations (PLGRM MEDIA PTY LTD), its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from:

1. Any violation of this Safety and Data Privacy policy.
2. Any activity related to your use of the simulation service, including negligent or wrongful conduct.
3. Any claim of personal injury, emotional distress, or mental anguish arising from your use of our simulation service.
4. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with Simulations (PLGRM MEDIA PTY LTD) or your use of our simulation service.
